As Head of Client Development at Fifteen Group Limited, I manage and oversee the in-house software developers team, ensuring all client needs are met and satisfied. With the different clients that Fifteen Group work with, my role is varied and I have the privilege of working on some exciting projects.
Other responsibilities include ensuring the company is compliant with all HR policies and dealing with any employee matters that may arise.
