Traditional fire detection methods are facing significant challenges and failing to adapt to new building structures and complex sites.
Slow or non-existent detection, and environmental concerns mean that fire detection in areas that were previously ignored can no longer be. Ciqurix video flame detectors can recognise a fire at its inception and immediately raise the alarm, prompting fast and effective action. It uses a combination of visual and infrared image processing analytics, where even small flames are located and detected over large distances in seconds.
The system will rapidly detect fire almost anywhere and is unaffected by dust, dirt, fumes, moisture, light levels, or temperature.

CORE detects fires using multi-spectral video analytics onboard each detection device. Designed for compliance to BS5839-1 (UK fire standard), it uses fire-rated cabling, and in the event of power failure, it will continue to operate from its internal battery supply for over 24 hours.
FLEX is a CCTV system that used for additional fore detection. Devices can be connected via standard ethernet cabling and where suitable, can make sense of the existing network infrastructure.
Ciquirix detectors use analytics to identify the physical presence of a flame by processing visual and infrared images simultaneously. They look for colour, brightness, shape, flicker and movement and when this is detected a fire event is declared and action is taken.
