NBe Brokers are a Staffordshire based commercial insurance broker. who have recently experienced exceptional business growth. The company who started trading in 2023 had outgrown their existing office and needed a space that would not only fit their current workforce but also be suitable for further expansion plans.
Fifteen Group have worked with NBe Brokers from the very start in 2023 providing their Automated Outbound Customer Contact Centre to handle all of their lead enquiries along with all of their broadband connectivity and their Office 365 licensing.
With an office move on the cards, the challenge was to relocate critical IT and telecoms infrastructure to a new office without disrupting their business operations.
It’s not only vital that existing technology is moved to a new site without impacting business operations but that the infrastructure at the new premises can support it.
We designed and installed new data cabling throughout the office, providing high speed connectivity to workstations, wireless access points and other network devices.
A new server was also installed to support the company’s growing workforce, while separate staff and guest wireless networks were created to enhance security and network performance.
In addition to this, we also located Wi-Fi access points throughout the office to strengthen the broadband signal for everyone, wherever they were working onsite.
We also migrated and relocated the company’s Hosted VoIP Automated Outbound Customer Contact Centre and set up different IP systems for their claims handling team.
The entire migration was completed within tight timescales and outside of normal office hours, enabling all 25 employees to begin work as normal the following morning with zero downtime to business critical systems, telephone systems and internet connectivity. By coordinating early access to the new office and completing the installation and key migration work before the move in date, we ensured every system was full operational before staff arrived.
The new setup provides NBe Brokers with strong foundations to support future expansions to the team, while delivering improved connectivity, enhanced security and reliable communications.
