At Fifteen Group, we are passionate about investing in the next generation and National Apprenticeship Week is a great opportunity to shine a light on our valued apprentices – past and present.
As a technology provider, our services span a variety of different areas. From IT Solutions and Voice Solutions to Fire and Security and Connectivity, it’s essential we are able to show the next generation how we do things the Fifteen Group way.
Across a number of different disciplines, we have recruited talented individuals, some of which have always known the career path they wanted to pursue, but we have also recruited people who have felt they started out on the wrong path and want a change in career.
Whatever their reason, we are able to provide the right training and allow them to develop and flourish in their chosen roles.

He began his working life in the fitness industry, starting in a gym before progressing to become a personal trainer and eventually a Gym Manager. After several years in that environment, he decided to take a different career path and moved into the gambling sector, where he worked in Fraud and Anti–Money Laundering prevention for a large betting organisation.
He chose to join Fifteen Group because he wanted to broaden his horizons and take on a role that would challenge him in new ways. What the Projects team required from the position really appealed to him, and he’s been able to apply the skills he developed in completely different industries to support this new working environment. Working alongside experienced professionals in project management has helped him expand his capabilities even further.
The apprenticeship combines structured learning with hands-on experience in a live project environment, developing a deeper understanding of how projects operate from start to finish.
Jordan’s long-term aspiration is to grow into a key Project Manager within Fifteen Group, as he thrives on responsibility and enjoys contributing meaningfully to the team.
Sophie left college in 2024 after studying Film and TV Production and Media Studies, where she learnt key skills that transferred well over to this current role.

Sophie joined Fifteen Group, because she wanted her first job to be in a company where she can feel challenged, learn new skills, and work with people who have experience. This has helped her learn more about the role and designated tasks at work. The job role and apprenticeship have helped her with confidence building and has allowed some key skills to be applied to everyday tasks, such as provisioning and managing broadband orders. Sophie has learnt how to deal with clients and suppliers, key business details and the documentation of work.
She hopes to progress into a managerial role in the future, as her understanding of the business and the responsibility of work for others develops.
We are also proud that some of our past apprentices have all progressed onto other roles within the company as they have grown professionally and personally along the career path.
Investing in future talent remains a key part of our growth strategy as we move forward and as we celebrate National Apprenticeship, we are recognising the talent that we are very lucky to have within our business.
